The path
First property at 19. Full-time after a conversation with his mother.
Brent cut his teeth as an investor. He bought his first home at 19, purchased a condo at 22 that he still owns, and spent the next years building a portfolio the hard way — keeping what worked, discarding what did not.
A conversation with his mother is what moved him into the work full time. In his first four months as an advisor he closed $4 million. The same investor’s logic still sits underneath every listing appointment and every offer he writes: basis, timing, and a number you can live with after the dust settles.
He is a lifelong Georgia native. He lives in Dunwoody with his wife and daughter, and when he is not on a showing he is as likely to be under a vintage car, on a softball field, or on a plane as he is behind a desk.
